Roast Broccoli & Cauliflower Florets
With Somerset Farms Broccoli & Cauliflower
Ingredients
Broccoli & Cauliflower 150g
Olive oil 1x tablespoon
Garlic 1 ½
Lemon x1
Parmesan cheese ¼ cup
Salt & pepper ½ cup
Method
Season. In a large bowl, generously drizzle the florets with olive oil and toss. Stir in 1 ½ teaspoons of crushed garlic, juice of 1 lemon and ½ cup of parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat again.
Arrange. Spread the florets in a single layer on an oven tray making sure they have plenty of room and aren’t overcrowded.
Roast. Fan Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes tossing halfway through.
Serve. Toss the florets with a sprinkling of more parmesan cheese if required and serve.
