Roast Broccoli & Cauliflower Florets

With Somerset Farms Broccoli & Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • Broccoli & Cauliflower 150g

  • Olive oil 1x tablespoon

  • Garlic 1 ½

  • Lemon x1

  • Parmesan cheese ¼ cup

  • Salt & pepper ½ cup

Method

  1. Season. In a large bowl, generously drizzle the florets with olive oil and toss. Stir in 1 ½ teaspoons of crushed garlic, juice of 1 lemon and ½ cup of parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat again.

  2. Arrange. Spread the florets in a single layer on an oven tray making sure they have plenty of room and aren’t overcrowded.

  3. Roast. Fan Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes tossing halfway through.

  4. Serve. Toss the florets with a sprinkling of more parmesan cheese if required and serve.
